Ballymore Homes has prompted to develop their very own version of spacious homes toward the south end of town. Inspired by extra-wide lots at a low-rise community in Aurora area.
It is called the Renaissance Estates which will consist of 33 luxury estates on lots. Each lots are at least in 85 feet wide. Minimum backyard area will be 45 feet deep although some area will probably be one acre in size. There are also competing projects in the area which have 70-foot lots but this does not mean 50 and 60 feet lots are not competitive enough.
Wayne Milbank, a sales representative stated that more than 10 homes have already been sold. Though the homes have traditional lot area measurement, don’t expect to find traditional-looking homes as well.
Architectural features will be present and concentrate on bungalows and two-storey plans with classic and heritage styles. It can actually be compared to the builder’s previous development – Brentwood Estates.
The exteriors will feature clay brick, stone or stucco accents and steeply pitched roofs. Garages, yes there will be three-car garages as well and multiple and very large windows. And since it’s more on traditional, there will be gas fireplaces, formal living rooms and family rooms. Dining rooms are also detailed with open, eat-in kitchens. Breakfast bars and pantries Plans generally include formal living and dining rooms, two-storey family rooms with gas fireplaces, and open, eat-in kitchens featuring breakfast bars, pantries or islands.
Choices are not limited either because some models will have libraries, dens, decks and walkout basements. Bathrooms are also planned out carefully as there will be three private and semi-ensuite bahtrooms for the upper floors.
As for bungalows, ceilings will be as high as 10 feet, and 9 feet for two-storey design houses.
As for the materials, there are also several selection for the purchasers. Imported marble, ceramic tile and granite, along with strip hardwood and 50-ounce broadloom are among the available finishes for the house. Also, there are energy-saving features including high-efficiency, forced-air heating systems, and water-saving showers and toilets.
There will be additional pond and small park by the end of the construction. Aurora is not different from other great accessible places since shops, theatres, schools and recreation centres are all available. Sports venue such as golf courses and conservation areas are also easy to visit.
